A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The balance amount must be settled before the commencement of the trip. Payments are accepted through secure online gateways or authorized bank transfers.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our cancellation schedule. Please note that certain services may be non-refundable.
Accommodation will be provided as per your package selection. Transportation services are included only if specified in your itinerary. Upgrades are subject to additional charges and availability.
Cross India Trip will not be responsible for delays, accidents, natural calamities, or unforeseen events beyond our control. Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance for added security.
